Very Good Granola

- 1 cup roasted, unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- ¾ grape nuts
- ½ cup chopped or slivered almonds
- ½ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- ½ cup wheat germ, wheat flakes or crushed bran flakes
- 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
- 2 tablespoons salad oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¾ cup raisins (added after baking)
- Mix sunflower seeds with cinnamon.
- Add to that the next 5 ingredients.
- In separate bowl combine salad oil, honey, and vanilla.
- Pour liquid mixture over granola mixture.
- Mix well.
- Spread on edged cookie sheet.
- Bake at 275 for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Half way through baking time stir granola.
- After removing from oven add raisins.
